AI lead-scoring + next-best-action
Per-lead AI summary + recommended next move, blended with the existing heat-score signal. Provider-pluggable (Anthropic / OpenAI / bring-your-own).
BullMQ + Redis queues
Heavy ops (bulk import, payroll generation, PDF export, WhatsApp blasts) move off the request path onto BullMQ. The /admin/health page already reports queue state.
Captain offline mode (full)
Captain's leads + attendance + tasks become read-write offline. Background sync queue ships changes when reconnected. Built on IndexedDB + the service worker we already have.

SSO + 2FA enforcement
SAML / Google Workspace / Microsoft Entra. Per-tenant 2FA enforcement policy. Admin-side audit on every config change.
Receipt OCR for expenses
Snap a receipt with the Captain app; line items, vendor, amount, GST/VAT split filled in automatically. Reviewer approves the parsed structure.
Reports page (cross-module)
A single executive board joining leads-funnel, sales-by-rep, attendance compliance, payroll run, skill-test pass rate, and time-on-portal. Date-range + CSV export.
Webhooks API
Subscribe to lead.created, payroll.run, attendance.mark — drive Zapier / your own integrations from CorperaHQ events. Already running internally as an event bus.
Vendor & purchase orders
Vendor records, POs, vendor payments — closing the loop between sales/invoicing and procurement so the finance module covers the full A/R + A/P cycle.
